Tibo: next Codex reset lands tomorrow before 10am PST, with a small ship
Codex product lead Tibo announced the next global usage-quota reset lands tomorrow before 10am PST, paired with a small ship, in his Day-18 ship-or-reset update.
What happened
OpenAI Codex product lead Thibault Sottiaux (Tibo) posted at 9:47 PM PDT on Oct 22 that the next global Codex usage-quota reset is "Landing tomorrow before 10am PST together with a small ship."
The post came minutes after his Day-18 ship-or-reset update, which recapped that the Decisions API is now GA, OpenResponses joined the Linux Foundation, performance improvements shipped, and Uber is going all-in on Codex and Work. This follows the Day-17 global reset that landed this morning.
Why it matters
The daily ship-or-reset cadence continues: users on weekly quota clocks can plan around tomorrow morning's reset window. Tibo did not say what the "small ship" is, so treat any speculation about its contents as unconfirmed until he details it.
