We collect as little as we can and keep it no longer than we need to.

#Reading

You can read everything without an account. We use PostHog for product analytics and session replay to learn which pages help. Form inputs are always masked in replays. Visitors from the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first; until they accept, analytics runs in memory only, without cookies or replay.

#Email addresses

Newsletter and account email addresses are encrypted at rest. We look them up by a keyed hash, and we never send them to analytics. Subscriptions use double opt-in: we record the time you confirmed, the version of the consent text, and a salted hash of your IP address — not the address itself.

#Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage, email delivery, bot protection), PostHog (analytics) and Resend (backup email delivery).

#Your choices

Unsubscribe with one click from any email. To delete your subscription or account, email hello@dotsfeed.com and we'll erase them, including your analytics profile.
