Tibo announces a Day 10 reset, landing within the next 2 hours
Tibo announced on X that a Codex usage-limit reset is landing within the next 2 hours, labeling it Day 10 of his 28-day ship-or-reset series.
What happened
OpenAI's Codex lead Tibo Sottiaux (@thsottiaux) posted on X this evening that a Codex usage-limit reset is "Landing within the next 2 hours". Eleven minutes later he replied to his own post: "The reports of my reset button being lost are greatly exaggerated" / "Day 10/ Reset", continuing the public 28-day ship-or-reset series (a reset ships every day unless the team ships a qualifying improvement instead).
Why it matters
Codex paid-plan users have been watching usage quotas closely since OpenAI moved to token-based metering. Each reset in Tibo's series restores headroom for heavy users, and this is the first announced reset since Day 8 on Oct 13.
