Your primary dot may skip a call when it is busy

Tibo (@thsottiaux, OpenAI Codex) replied that a Dot that does not answer a call may have decided not to pick up because it was busy with other work. He said OpenAI will fix this, while noting the agent has to choose whether to answer.

People who call their primary Dot by phone or voice and sometimes get no answer.

If a call fails, try again later or check what the Dot was doing in its computer session. Treat a missed pickup as possible busyness, not only an outage.
